UFBU Calls Off Nationwide Bank Strike on 24th and 25th Mar 2025 After Assurances from Finance Ministry and IBA

I n a significant development on March 21, 2025, the United Forum of Bank Unions (UFBU) has decided to call off their two-day nationwide strike, which was originally planned for March 24 and 25. This decision was made after the UFBU received positive reassurances from both the Finance Ministry and the Indian Banks’ Association (IBA) regarding their key demands. The banking unions, under the umbrella body of UFBU, represent employees from nine major unions across the country, including AIBEA, AIBOC, NCBE, AIBOA, and BEFI. The unions had earlier called for the nationwide strike to protest against several ongoing issues that they believe impact the welfare and job security of bank employees. How To Calculate Dirty Powers (Power in Fraction) Using Basic Calculator



Dirty Power is those power which cannot be calculated simply. It is in the form of fraction like 1/5, 2/5 etc. Very simple steps are given below to calculate it using basic calculator - 

 Step 1. Press Square Root (√) 12 Times
Step 2. Subtract 1
Step 3. Divide by Denominator
Step 4. Add 1
Step 5. Press Multiplication (*) and Equal (=) in combination 12 Times
Step 6. Raise The Number

 Example 1 - (1.6)^1/5


Step 1. Press Square Root (√) 12 Times

 Value = 1.0001146

 Step 2. Subtract 1

 Value = 1.0001146 - 1  = 0.0001146

 Step 3. Divide by Denominator - Here power is 1/5, so denominator is 5.

 Value = 0.0001146/5  = 0.0000229

 Step 4. Add 1

 Value = 0.0000229  + 1 = 1.0000229

 Step 5. Press Multiplication (*) and Equal (=) in combination 12 Times

 Value = 1.0983094

 Step 6. Raise The Number - Here Power is 1/5, so nominator is 1.

 Value = 1.0983094^1 = 1.0983094

 Note - Suppose raised power is 2/5 in the same question then 

 in Step 6 Value value will be  1.0983094^2 = 1.2062835
